Competitive Intelligence
Our Consultancy Service is directed to all customers who wish a fully personal, individual, strictly confidential and exclusive information service on competitive intelligence. Based on the background information and the objectives provided by the client, the Project Plan will describe goals, methodology and deliverables incl. a Time- and Cost-Proposal. Information is gathered via desktop and primary intelligence and the client only will be provided with validated, structured and relevant information in the preferred format (tables, graphs, textual description). Upon request and definition of the project, expert assessments and analysis reports or presentations can be provided. Individual consultancy projects may include a customized survey, expert interviews or other forms of direct contact with information providers without disclosing the identity of the sponsor.
